KVM template has permission/ownership issues after fresh install

After creating a fresh virtual server with the FreePBX.org suppied template you can't apply changes.

Steps to recreate:

1) Create the virtual
2) Set the admin user-id/password / getting started wizard / activate / firewall setup
3) Add an admin user (Admin, Administrators ) (Any change really)
4) Apply Changes

Error:
