      Description

      {noformat}
      One caveat is that remote extensions must not allow
      their voicemail systems to answer calls from a queue,
      as the caller will get put through to it. This can be
      avoided by ensuring the remote phone has a ringtimer
      higher than the queue's "agent-timeout" parameter, and
      that the remote phone has call-waiting enabled (so a
      second incoming call can also time-out).

      The "Fix" for this issue is to implement 'call
      acknowledgment', where the member/agent must press
      # to accept the call. Unfortunately, this appears to only
      be available in chan_agent (ackcall=yes). AMP's
      current queue support does not use chan_agent at all.
      --end--

      I'm not sure there is a way around this without the use
      of chan_agent.{noformat}
