      Description

When you create a chan sip extension, the callerid gets written to the peer, which you can conifrm with:

      # sip show peer 2002
        Callerid : "2002 Yate" <2002>

But PJSIP extensions get written to the file pjsip.endpoint.conf with the cnam always set to device as follows:

      # pjsip show endpoint 2013
       callerid : "device" <2013>

Since caller id is properly written to the astdb as AMPUSER <ext> callerid for both cases, this does not cause issues often, but we have noted cases where "device" is being mysteriously displayed as CID in rare circumstances.
