In troubleshooting another issue, I was trying to get an Edge release and my system would not pick it up. Module Admin reported, "Enabled and up to date". To me, that means I have the latest version. But what was really happening is that the Free Updates period on my License had expired and I had the latest version that my License entitled me to. I think that when the Free Updates period has expired and updates are available, it should say something like, "Enabled. Newer version available (X.X.X) but License Renewal required." or something to that effect. It would have explained why I was seeing what I was seeing. It might also get you more license renewals. If people think they have the latest version (and "Enabled and up to date" indicates to them that they do), they are probably less likely to renew their License, than if they know there is a newer version available but they need to renew their license before they can access it.
