      Description

      Hi, I'm setting up a new FreePBX server but I have problems with fail2ban. The IP address of my SIP provider always get banned, and trunks go offline. Analyzing the logs show this:

      {noformat}
      [2016-08-04 11:24:46] VERBOSE[29908][C-00000014] pbx.c: – Executing [XXXXXXXXXX@from-trunk:2] Log("SIP/XXXXXXXXXX-00000021", "WARNING,Friendly Scanner from 83.211.227.21") in new stack
      [2016-08-04 11:24:46] WARNING[29908][C-00000014] Ext. XXXXXXXXXX: Friendly Scanner from 83.211.227.21{noformat}

      (I replaced the phone number with XXXXXXXXXX)
      As you can see the provider (83.221.227.21) is doing a "friendly scanner" and gets banned.
      I whitelisted the IP, but it could change, considering that I'm registering to voip.eutelia.it and not to the specific IP address.
      Probably a solution is to whitelist the IP of the registered trunks.
