Endpoint device selection

The user needs the ability to create devices and tie
them to an extension. An endpoint device would be a
phone such as a Cisco phone, Sipura ATA. The user could
enter the information about the phone and AMP would
create all the necessary config files for that phone.

Default templates ; each device type would have a
template that sets the defaults for that device type.

An administrator would select a user and then assign
him/her a device. That users extension would then be
assigned to that device. A phone with more than one
line could be assigned to multiple extensions so the
admin should be prompted to pick the line number on the
device to assign to the user.
