I think the Global Sound Language Setting work only extensions but dosen't work Inbound & Outbound Routes.
I download the Japanese Language in "Admin > Sound Languages"
And I set that Global Sound Language is Japanese in
"Admin > Sound Languages > Change Global Sound Language > Language > Japanese"
So ,The Default Language in extension setting is Japanese
I call *43, Then the PBX say japanese.
But I call a wrong number (for example, I set 1XX in Outband Dial Patterns, I call 201),
Then the PBX say "This is wrong number" in English sound not Japanese sound
And I set the The Default Language of Inbound Routes in "Connectivity > Inbound Routes > Some Route > Other > Language > Default"
The Global setting is Japanese, so Ithink that the Default Language is Japanese.
But I call to PBX from outband, the PBX say English sound not Japanese sound.
So, I set that "Connectivity > Inbound Routes > Some Route > Other > Language > Japanese"
That I call to PBX from outband, the PBX say Japanese sound.
