When creating/editing an Administrator, Apply Config button does not appear

      Description

      When creating or editing a new Administrator (Admin menu, Administrators), after changes are submitted the Apply Config button does not appear. The reload is probably not required for most purposes, but is required to sync changes to the iSymphony module.

      AFAIK, this is the only way to create Administrators for iSymphony, even better would be to have a setting in User Mgr so that reliance on Administrators can be eliminated.
