Voicemail Notification not alerting

After upgrades applied yesterday, including upgrade to asterisk 13.9.0, the voicemail notification is not triggering any calls to the list.

vmnotify 13.0.13 has been the version for the past few days.

With asterisk 13.8.2-1

Seems the issue is asterisk 13.9.
