FreePBX - Ubuntu 16.04 - libmyodbc driver not available.

      Description

      Dont know if i should write it as Bug or request.

      I tried a setup of freepbx today and had it already running except some error on fwconsole.
      After a downgrade to php 5.6 i could start freepbx and also install the modules.
      fwconsole doesnt work correctly.
      Fwconsole cannot load a driver.

      I think its because Ubuntu 16.04 doesnt have the libmyodbc package anymore.
