Setting Wakeup calls 1am to 9:59am, and 1pm to 9:59pm

It would seem since the update, wakeup calls are now requiring a leading 0 for hours 1am to 9:59am and 1pm to 9:59pm.. to work correctly.

Before we could set walkup calls by dialing 930 am with Freepbx 6.0+

Now with Freepbx 10.0+ it requires you to dial 09:30 am, which has caused confusion.
