Receiving fax, but not creating email

      Description

      About a month ago faxes stopped working.

      System is using the 1 free Asterisk fax license.
      When receiving the fax the we see:

      The maillog show nothing for the fax, but does show when notification mails are sent:

      The tif file created by the sent fax is enclosed, so I know that it is receiving and converting the fax, but would appreciate any help as to why this changed and what can be done to fix it,
