Log file module update changes defaults

Hi,

I would like to request that module updates not change system defaults.

I understand it happening when upgrading from major versions like going from v12 to v13. However, for routine module updates that is not normal imho.

All logging is enabled after some recent module updates whereas it was normally disabled except for errors. That creates a lot of load and also a lot of clutter in the log files that actually makes it harder to find problems at times.

Especially debug logging which should only be enabled for....debugging.
