Asterisk can not find sound file path

      Description

      Admin > sound language > language pack > Download Japanese (ja) sound module
      Admin > sound language > Global language > Select Japanese
      Admin > System Recording > Make sound file and set (Upload Recording or Record Over Extension)

      Application > Announcement > set sound file
      or
      Application > IVR > set sound file

      And, use this announce or IVR within inbound call route
      Asterisk can not find file pass and hangup.

      asterisk Log say
      file.c: File custom/su621 does not exist in any format
      file.c: Unab4le to open custom/su621 (format (ulaw)): No such file or directory
