Option to add digit "o" to IVR for DBN directory operator support

      Description

The dial by name prompt states that you can press 0 for an operator, however, any non-modded FreePBX install will fail to transfer to the operator and there is no way within FreePBX to fix the issue, to the best of my knowledge. The directory AGI application transfers the call to a digit "o" (oh, not zero) within the same context of the IVR that transferred the call to the directory in the first place. We cannot program the "o" option within the IVR such as we can with "i" and "t". One must either create a custom IVR with the "o" option or modify the AGI script to transfer to another IVR digit. It would be nice to include the "o" option to the "t" and "i" functions to make an easy fix for this.
