Class of Service needs a "deny/approve any existing and future" option

Class of Service module currently allows a user to go and sort different features into allowed or deny, but doesn't allow a person to indicate a preference for future features. I might have 5 ring groups now and might allow all currently, but if I make a new one, it'd be nice to say "automatically deny ring groups created in the future". It could also be just the opposite and instead of approving, its denying. So ultimately, a person could make a locked down extension, but then as new ring groups or queues or whatever else are created, the class of service is no longer effectively blocking or allowing as it should be. Granted, a user could go to CoS after every major change to make sure things are as they should be, but its an annoyance.
