Destination Dropdown Consistency

When selecting a destination, such as in Inbound Routes or IVR or a multitude of other places, I'm proposing the column data match what's done in EPM.

For example, currently to pick an extension in inbound routes, the extensions are listed as '<###> Name'. EPM has just '### Name'. The difference is that the latter allows you to tab through, type a number and browser functionality will skip the dropdown down to the first instance of the number you typed. Having the numbers in carrots makes that much less convenient.

Selecting voicemails is the same as extension '<###> Name' so I'd propose removing the carrots there as well.

I don't know if it makes sense to have ring groups, queues, etc have their layout switched from 'Name <###>' to '### Name' to match the layout of extensions and voicemails, but perhaps consider it.
