Whoops error playing voicemail in Voicemail Reports

Getting a whoops error when trying to play some but not all voicemails shown in the View Voicemail tab of Voicemail Reports.

Error appears when clicking the play button. Play button turns into animated "waiting" icon and whoops error appears:

Undefined variable: intermediary File:/var/www/html/admin/libraries/media/Media/Media.php:264

Voicemail does not play.

I made and deleted several different sample voicemails on different extensions, tried this again after reloading the page, etc. At this time not sure of the pattern as to why some messages will play OK and others will not.
