userman contact groups with COS enabled are not accessible

      Description

      • userman contact group is created
      • class of service is installed with a policy allowing access to that contact group from the primary linked extension of the user im testing against
      • no option for groups is visible in userman under contact manager ( i understnad this is handled by COS if installed )

      logging into UCP with all of the above still fails to display the userman contact group i created

      uninstalling COS had no affect:

      contact manager 13.0.12
      ucp 13.0.16
      userman 13.0.36
      cos 13.0.8
