Upon the user entering a desired time for a Wake Up Call the system does not always match the users inputting the time via the IVR when dialing *68 from their endpoint.
For example:
- dialing "1230" when prompted to input the time for the wake up call by the IVR and then "1" when prompted to dial "1" for AM or "2" for PM by the IVR. The IVR then confirms you have a wake up call for 12:30 AM, but when you check the Wake Up Calls module the system has a wake up call for 06:00.
- dialing "1215" when prompted to input the time for the wake up call by the IVR and then "1" when prompted to dial "1" for AM or "2" for PM by the IVR. The IVR then confirms you have a wake up call for 12:15 AM, but when you check the Wake Up Calls module the system has a wake up call for 15:00.
- dialing "1245" when prompted to input the time for the wake up call by the IVR and then "1" when prompted to dial "1" for AM or "2" for PM by the IVR. The IVR then confirms you have a wake up call for 12:45 AM, but when you check the Wake Up Calls module the system has a wake up call for 21:00.
