The Broadcast Module is useful but it could be improved upon. I am interested in is the ability to have our agents already connected. Meaning they don't have to answer because they are already connected waiting to answer the call that comes from the broadcast module. If all agents are on the phone the Dialer will stops until there is a person available.
I could imagine that the agent calls a specific extension and is then in a waiting state. And as soon as a call gets answered they are connected. And if there is nobody available or everyone is on the phone it stops dialing until there is someone. Along with that is a user interface that lets the agent see who answered the phone and open a customer file if available.
