Class of Service

Hi, I'm using Freepbx in Cyberlynk, I bought Class of Service I have few problems, I created 5 different class of Services and it works fine but I added another Outbound Route and changed one extension to use that Route but Now I'm receiving the error Restricted route in the asterisk CLI, I removed All routes for the class of service with the Extension and I still allowed to making calls to 1 outbound route, USA in this case, I looked into the class of service and Is not in any other CoS also unAssigned all CoS for that extension and I still allowed to make calls to USA, tried with different extension and same problem, looks like it doesn't matter what I do now, is not checking the CoS before send the call to the route, I reboot the server and no changes, Any Idea? by the way in the documentation is not showing for what is the CONTACT GROUPS in Cos I don't know if that will be for UCP or Rest Phone Apps, or for what, I do see 2 contact groups created but I don't know from where can someone please explain a little bit more the comercial modules? also can I restrict a extension to dial the boss extension for example or for DISA? thank you
