Make iSymphony an optional part of distro install

There is no reason to install this by default 90% of the time. It's a pain to uninstall, the service takes up resources whether it's in use or not, and it adds additional time to an install process. Having a simple check box to install it during the installation would resolve all of these issues, and allow users that needed it to have the same access to it.
