Time groups not retaining more than 2 entries in one group

I just installed FreePBX 13.0.1beta3.60 with Asterisk 13. In setting the system up to mimic my current production system I ran into a problem setting up my time groups. I need 3 entries in one time group:

Sunday 12:00 - 16:00
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday 10:00 - 18:00

When I submit the additions in the time group, after the refresh it is randomly saving only 2 of the 3 entries. After reloading the configuration and going back to check it is definitely only 2 of the 3 entries present.
