      Description

      Queues "Report Hold Time" option should have option to only report the hold time if it is greater than the service level.

      original: Say the report hold time, only if the hold time is higher than the Service level setting. i.e. Announce hold time if < 1 minute.

        I'm assuming this is for queues?

        Assuming such, that is probably either an Asterisk issue or an installation issue with missing language sound files for what is being used by the application.

        So I assume this is being reported as a bug, not a feature request. And if my understanding is right then I am going to close it as invalid, as it either needs to be fixed in Asterisk or is not an Asterisk issue but missing sound files.

        (If I've sorely missed something here, we can re-open the ticket once the issue is clarified).

        mbrevda thinks this may have been related to FREEPBX-4055, if that is the case see that ticket. If you meant to say that language setting is set on inbound routes and the hold time is still in english even though the proper language files are installed.
